Blogging To The Bank 2

Blogging, Recommendations, Reviews

If blogging is a direction you’d like to explore in your site and list building, Rob Benwell has redone his Blogging To The Bank eBook, and it’s a good one.

I was fairly critical of Rob’s first book, as the free bloggng methods stopped working when too many people started doing them, and at the time it was obvious to me that his success was a temporary thing.

When Rob sent me a copy of his new release, I read it as a true skeptic would. And I was very surprised to find out I liked what Rob was now saying, and his discovery that long term oriented blog building, hosted on permanent sites, is truly the way to go.

Unlike many who rest on their laurels, Rob paid attention to what was not working, and tested new methods that kept his blogs profitable. And guess what, those new methods were all about permanence and good content.

What I don’t like about Blogging To The Bank 2 is that Rob recommends some services, like Yahoo Hosting and GetResponse autoresponders, that I personally don’t care for.

But that’s a quibble, and anyone can leave a comment here with their email address and find out how to get extremely affordable whm/cpanel reseller hosting that’s ideal for blogging. And if you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you know I like Aweber as an autoresponder service over GetResponse.

One of the things I really like about Rob’s new ebook, is the section on getting traffic to your blog. This was written by a guest author who really knows his stuff and shows you how to work the four prime Web 2.0 search - bookmarking - review sites to get targeted traffic to your blog.

I do recommend this ebook for anyone wanting a model of how to get started blogging, and how to get to making some money doing it. I don’t print out many ebooks that I read any more, but I did print out entire sections of this. And yes, Rob puts a big emphasis on building lists in his new methods.

In short, Blogging To The Bank 2 is a recommended No Brainer!
